How to Confirm Whether a Meeting Took Place

This article covers the basic steps for confirming whether a meeting occurred.

Steps to Complete

Use the following steps to confirm that a meeting did or did not occur:

1. In the meeting calendar, click on the meeting to bring up a modal of the meeting details.

2. The modal will show the complete meeting details.

3. To confirm a meeting happened, click on “Met In Person” under meeting status.

4. Click “Close”.

5. On the meeting calendar, a teal checkmark will indicate the meeting took place.

6. If a meeting did not occur, click “Did Not Meet” under meeting status on the modal.

7. On the meeting calendar, a red ‘X’ will indicate the meeting did not take place.
